Best for meetups, side sessions, or lunch-and-learns.

  2. 0:10-0:25 — Lesson 02: three-plane architecture.
  3. 0:25-0:45 — Lesson 03: project-scoped Agent control plane.
  4. 0:45-1:05 — Lesson 04: streaming through AI Gateway.
  5. 1:05-1:20 — Architecture checkpoint in small groups.
  6. 1:20-1:30 — Capstone preview and async next steps.

Half-day workshop

Best for Cloudflare or team enablement where participants can reach the prompt-to-preview path.

  1. 0:00-0:20 — Setup, enrollment, expectations.
  2. 0:20-1:20 — Lessons 02-04.
  3. 1:20-1:30 — Break.
  4. 1:30-2:30 — Lessons 05-07: tool calling, Sandbox, live previews.
  5. 2:30-3:00 — Group preview/debug checkpoint.
  6. 3:00-3:30 — Capstone planning and next steps.

Full-day workshop

Best when accounts are ready and mentors can support deployment blockers.

  1. 0:00-0:30 — Setup and enrollment.
  2. 0:30-2:00 — Lessons 02-05.
  3. 2:00-2:15 — Break.
  4. 2:15-3:30 — Lessons 06-08.
  5. 3:30-4:15 — Lessons 09-10.
  6. 4:15-5:30 — Tiny Vibe-Coding Platform milestones 1-4.
  7. 5:30-6:00 — Share-out and async deploy follow-up.

Async self-serve

  1. Enroll and complete the interview.
  2. Complete lessons 02-12 in order.
  3. Return to troubleshooting and stretch goals as needed.
